Keep Me Signed In

The Keep Me Signed In feature enables an automated sign-in to Subscription Center. You no longer need to remember your user ID or password to access Subscription benefits such as e-Learning materials, web support and product downloads.

How Does it Work?

When you select Keep Me Signed In while signing in to Subscription Center or creating a new Subscription Center account, Autodesk drops a secure browser cookie to your desktop. The Subscription Center reads that cookie each time you access Subscription benefits, whether through your Autodesk products or Autodesk® Subscription.

This cookie remains on your desktop until you choose to sign out of the Subscription Center or until you clear Internet cookies from your computer.

Additional Information

The cookie that stores your account data on your desktop is secured through encryption. Only users with direct access to your computer can use the Keep Me Signed In feature to access Subscription Center with your account.

Do not use the Keep Me Signed In feature if:

• Other people use your computer
• Other people have access to your computer
